Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 07 days from the date of purchase. If more than 07 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. All returns must be reviewed and approved by our support team before sending the item back.

Return Eligibility

You may be eligible for a return or replacement in the following cases:

  • Defective or damaged items: Eligible for return or replacement within 7 days of delivery.
  • Wrong product received: You can opt for a replacement or full refund.
  • Opened or used kits: Not eligible for return due to product sensitivity and hygiene reasons.
  • All returns must include original packaging and proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer directly.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary items
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in specific cases such as:

  • Books showing obvious signs of use
  • Opened media items (CD, DVD, VHS, software, video games, or vinyl records)
  • Any item not in original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Returns made after 07 days from delivery

Refunds Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited automatically to your original method of payment within a few working days.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take a few days to reflect.
  3. Contact your bank — some processing time may apply.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
To request an exchange for the same item, contact us at info.triidot@gmail.com and send your product to our return address once approved.

Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be processed to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

After your return is approved by our team, please ship your item to the address provided in our confirmation email.

  • You’ll be responsible for your own return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
