- Within Telangana & Andhra Pradesh: ₹150–₹300 (approx.)
- Other States: As per logistics partner rates (DTDC / Bluedart).
- Free delivery may apply to bulk or repeat orders.
- Typical delivery timelines are 3–7 business days after dispatch.
We strive to ensure timely delivery but shall not be held liable for delays due to courier issues, unforeseen circumstances, or natural events.
5. Returns and Refunds
We want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. The following return policy applies:
- Defective or damaged items: Eligible for return or replacement within 7 days of delivery.
- Wrong product received: Replacement or full refund applicable.
- Opened or used kits: Not eligible for return due to product sensitivity.

Our Razorpay Live Account is active — integration credentials are shared privately and securely after final confirmation.
All payments must be completed successfully before an order is dispatched.

Once dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be processed. Refunds, if applicable, will be initiated as per Razorpay’s standard timelines.
